Emotion regulation is the ability to exert control over one's own emotional state It may involve behaviours such as rethinking a challenging situation to reduce anger or anxiety, hiding visible signs of sadness or fear, or focusing on reasons to feel happy or calm.

Understanding how to deal with anxiety is important for all individuals. Teach socially accepted behaviour and, help your student learn different coping methods. It is important that we do not want to take away stims, this method is simply helping to reshape the stim or aid in teaching different types of anxiety coping methods that can be implemented in daily life.

Pair this program with zones of regulation programs, behaviour management and life skills programs.

We hope this resources will be helpful to your student or child.
