Teach your child to manage stress and keep their body calm with our visual choice board. Many children can require help to manage stress, and sometimes it can help to teach strategies by providing a visual to help them when they are feeling frustrated or upset.

Pair it with our visual social story for behaviour management, the social story book discusses what is a calm body, this book is ideal for your students who have autism, behaviour issues or another developmental disability.

The resource can be laminated for longevity and used in the classroom or at home to reward and motivate your child.

The world is full of complex rules, often difficult for our children to understand and navigate, sometimes our children may not be able to express themselves, or understand why a situation is occuring, this is when coping strategies can help the child navigate the world.

This choice board can be used with students of all ages. It helps for them choose a coping technique instead of engaging in maladaptive behaviors.
