Able2learn has created Wait Flashcards (2.8 inches 2.1) for your student. The cards are visual reminder. There are many ways to use these cards.
The teacher or parent gives a wait card to the student, to help the student wait, until it is time to do the activity.
Waiting can be difficult for many children. My own child, Niam, had and still has difficulty waiting. Add to these cards by adding a timer of how long the child has to wait, or a visual of a sequence of events before the child can do or have the anticipated activity.
Share your stories with other parents on how you used the wait card.
Please share on social media and, leave a review.
With love from our family to yours,
