I Can Shave Social Story: 21 Pages

Puberty is a difficult time for all of us. There are changes with hormones, behaviours and the body. This book focuses on " Shaving" I hope you find it useful. It walks a child through how to use a electric razor and shaving cream and razor. The pages are not numbered allowing you to take away unwanted pages or adding in pages to tailor more specifically to your child.

I don't understand what this means

This fits perfectly with what one of our students needs. Unfortunately, it is too advanced for our other male students.

    Worked well

This worked well for my students with ASD. I would have preferred to have the electric razor option as the primary pictures as this is the preferred shaving method requested by the parents I worked with in collaboration to create a shaving program. That is the only reason I gave it one less star.
