It is first to demonstrate what the request is, this social story is a great example of what a topic is, how to stay on topic, and the beginning steps to having a conversation.

    helpful social story

I used this social story as a materials for my BT to say before they are running their trials with my kiddo; it helps shows to parent what we are doing in session and what is expected of the child and also the child is being taught of what will happen before we run trials so it's a win-win! I love the pictures and how concise it is.
