Free Social Story When Can I Be Naked : This Package Includes : 13 pages

Puberty can be a difficult time for teens and parents. Parents find the time challenging as they have to explain the changes that are taking place,  appropriate social skills and, help the teen cope with changes happening in their body. As part of our puberty section, We are trying to break down some of the issues that are relevant to teens with Autism and developmental disabilities.

We had a hard time explaining to my own son and brother Niam, who has Autism, when is it okay to be naked and when is it not okay. There are private places and public places. The book will help you explain different concepts to your child.

My son is an emerging abstract artist with his paintings being featured on CBC National, Samsung Canada amongst others. Check out his website, niamjain.com to see the potential.

Hope this books helps you. This book can be used as part of a puberty section in health.

This free social story can also be used as part of a reading program or behaviour management program.  Use the book to talk, ask questions and answer questions.

This is a great ABA Resource, school education program, social story and free printable worksheet for your students as part of a home living program, parental resources and school program to reinforce important skills for children with Autism and other developmental disabilities.

The resource can be laminated for longevity and used in the classroom or at home to help your child learn an essential life skill.

Check out our other great social stories for teachers and students. We have many social stories you can download for your student.

This is a great social story but very advanced. A version for early learners with less words would also be helpful

This social story is the best and perfect fit for the situation we are in. My son has just entered in the puberty stage and situations like being free and comfortable in both home and outside/public can be confusing for children with ASD. This social story talks exactly what they need to learn and understand. Simply well thought and Awesome!
