This story is essentially the same as the boy story except it has a picture of a boy rather than a boy in the book.

I created this social story , " I Can Put On Deodorant" for my own son, who is now going through puberty, and needs to learn about personal hygene, often the Health Course at school, can be very wordy, and difficult to follow, social stories like these, that are simple with pictures, teach my son what the expectation is , and why he needs to be clean.

The resource can be laminated for longevity and used in the classroom or at home to help your child learn an essential life skill.

Great way to go over the process with students (as with all social stories) and get them used to the idea as well as provide practice/repetition.
